Sublimation Design Description

This high-quality sublimation design is perfect for creating vibrant, long-lasting prints on a variety of blank products. The artwork is professionally created at high resolution to ensure crisp details and bold colors once pressed. Ideal for T-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, tumblers, tote bags, pillows, and more when used on compatible sublimation blanks.

IMPORTANT:
This is a sublimation design and requires sublimation printing. For best results, use white or light-colored polyester fabrics (minimum 65% polyester) or poly-coated sublimation blanks. Colors will not show correctly on dark fabrics.

Sublimation Heat Press Instructions (Fabric)

You Will Need:

• Sublimation printer & ink

• Sublimation paper

• Heat press

• Heat-resistant tape

• Lint roller

• Protective butcher or parchment paper

Press Settings:

• Temperature: 385–400°F (195–205°C)

• Time: 45–60 seconds

• Pressure: Medium to firm

Steps:

1. Print the design using sublimation ink and mirror the image before printing.

2. Lint-roll the garment to remove dust or fibers.

3. Pre-press the garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.

4. Place the printed design ink-side down on the garment.

5. Secure with heat-resistant tape.

6. Cover with butcher/parchment paper.

7. Press using the settings above.

8. Carefully remove the paper while warm.

9. Allow the garment to cool completely before use.

Sublimation Press Instructions (Mugs / Hard Goods)

Mugs:

• Temperature: 360–380°F

• Time: 180–210 seconds

• Pressure: Medium

• Let mug cool before removing paper.

Tumblers (convection oven method):

• Temperature: 375°F

• Time: 6–7 minutes

• Rotate halfway if needed.

Care Instructions (Finished Product)

• Wash inside out

• Cold or warm water

• Tumble dry low or air dry

• Do not bleach

• Do not iron directly on the design
